Carroll Community Investments, LLC is a certified Community Development Entity (CDE), authorized to raise equity capital and deploy New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC). Carroll Community Investments provides creative financial structuring to help create projects that matter for people who need us. We offer a complete cycle of investment banking services, which can include:
- Creative structuring and arranging of private and tax advantaged financings, including use of tax credits, tax increment financing, and federal, state and local subsidies
- Facilitating lender and investor relationships
- Monitoring the jobs and other community impacts generated by the NMTC projects which can include reporting for federal program compliance
- Preparing NMTC Allocation Applications for third parties
