Susan R. O’Donnell

Susan O’Donnell has over twenty years’ experience as a paraprofessional, overseeing investor relations, due diligence, and closings for hundreds of complex financing transactions including taxable and tax-exempt bonds, Low-Income Housing , Historic, and New Markets Tax Credits, and various state and local licensing, land use, and other regulatory matters.  Susan is the Senior Project Manager for Carroll Community Development and focuses on overseeing investor tracking, compliance documentation, contracts management, and assisting with asset management.  During her 20 years in the legal field, the range of transactions Susan has assisted with, include:  Community Transitional School, Planned Parenthood of Columbia-Willamette, Catholic Charities, Mercy Corps World Headquarters, Seattle Housing Authority, and the largest public financing (tax exempt offering) in the State of Oregon (PERS).
